The fresh smell and taste of lemon were incredible and unlike anything I’ve tasted before. I loved it so much that I used it on my Mediterranean potato salad, and it was a hit. Two-Thumbs-Up Rub: This rub was really good. I tried it on my steak, and it tasted fantastic. Wild Hickory Hot Sauce: As someone who loves the hickory taste and enjoys grilled lobsters and salmon, this hot sauce was a revelation. Just a few drops beside my steak made it taste as if it had been grilled on hickory. Bye bye, A1! Saddle Up Hot Sauce: This hot peppery sauce had a great taste. I'm looking forward to mixing the Lemon Pepper with the Cajun Seasoning and using it along with EVOO in a chicken recipe I learned from Emeril! In addition to the great flavors, the price of these products was right. I’m getting fresh, high-quality seasonings at a reasonable price. I would love to see Alexander's Great Seasonings create revolutionary new products that combine their current offerings with Italian seasonings. A blend of Two-Thumbs-Up with basil, oregano, and thyme would be fantastic! Great products overall. Highly recommended!

Lemon Pepper: A cut above. I’m a huge fan of Lemon Pepper seasoning. I use it on chicken, fish, vegetables, etc. I never really had a favorite, that is until I tried Alexander’s Great Seasoning Lemon Pepper. I was blown away. First the color was bright and inviting. Secondly, the flavor stole the show. Up until now, all the lemon pepper seasonings I have previously consumed were just so, so, with a small hint of lemon flavor. I had the please of having the pork and chicken flavored in Alexander’s amazing sauce, it was amazing! I don’t particularly like bbq because it is always so dry. This meat was moist and so exceedingly flavorful. I am buying the sauce and seasonings as well. Luckily he sells the meat pre done because I know I couldn’t get it that moist. Highly recommended!!

I have experienced tasting Alexander's Great Seasonings' Two Thumbs Up BBQ sauce. It is an outstanding product that yields a delicious taste and outstanding flavor. It delivers a "WOW" factor to your favorite BBQ meats. The only negative to this product is that it is not on every shelf in America.

So, I had the Pulled Pork and shared some with a friend of mine and we both agreed that it was really great. The perfect balance of ingredients. Nothing was overwhelming the other. I didn't even need to put any "sauce" on it. The taste wad delicious.

I really love Alexanders Great Seasonings. The one i have been using is called Uncle Willie's Brisket Rub. It's amazing. I use it every time i make a brisket and i get complements on how well seasoned it is. I thank them then i show them the seasoning I used. I also like using this seasoning on my steaks as well, and its delicious. Ive personally had Uncle Willie's chicken and its the best chicken you've had in your life. Its not overly smokey, its juicy but done all the way through. If you ever get a chance to taste his chicken, you'll say the same. I also love the fact that they are a family owned, black owned business. Keep it up Uncle Willie!!
