Address Accuracy: To ensure seamless delivery, please verify the accuracy of all addresses, including zip codes and any relevant apartment, suite, or floor numbers. Business addresses should incorporate the company name for precise identification. In the event of incorrect addresses, an additional shipping charge may apply for reshipping or if the carrier corrects the address and charges us accordingly.
- Standard Delivery Corrections: $15 charge.
- Express Delivery Corrections: $16 charge per address.
Should an order be returned due to inaccuracies not caused by the staff at Alexander’s Great Seasonings, a 20% restocking fee will be levied. Your card will be charged accordingly.
